Michael Farry, a retired primary teacher, is a Sligo native living in County Meath. He is a founding member of Boyne Writers Group, Trim, County Meath and of LitLab, the Cavan/Meath writers group. He was editor of Boyne Berries, the poetry and prose journal published by the Boyne Writers, from its inception in 2006 until 2014.

He was selected for Poetry Ireland Introductions 2011. He has been successful in many poetry competitions and his poetry has been published in journals and anthologies in the USA, Australia, Canada, India and Israel.
His first poetry collection, Asking for Directions, was published by Doghouse Books in 2012 and his second, The Age of Glass, was published by Revival Press in 2017.

He is also a historian and has had two history books published: The Aftermath of Revolution–Sligo 192123, published in 2000 by UCD Press and Sligo, The Irish Revolution 19121923, published in 2013 by Four Courts Press.

Anne Tannam is a Dublin poet with two collections: Tides Shifting Across My Sitting Room Floor (Salmon Poetry 2017) and Take This Life (WordOnTheStreet 2011). A spoken word artist, Anne has performed at festivals and events in Ireland and abroad. She is co-founder of the weekly Dublin Writers’ Forum and regularly runs literary events across Dublin.
